Lost Pets/File a Lost Report
|
While your lost pet can’t call home an Animal Control
Officer can make the call for them. Animals found
running at large that are wearing their rabies license tag, owner
information tag or micro chipped will be given a Free Ride Home if picked
up by an Animal Control Officer and the owner can be reached. If the owner
cannot be reached, the animal will be brought to the shelter and placed on
hold for the owner. The reclaim fees will be charged at the normal rate.
Click on the View Lost Found Pets tab above to look for your lost pet. You
may also file a report for your lost pet by clicking on My Account tab
located above. A report can also be completed in person at the Animal
Shelter.
